WELCOME TO OUR BAKERY Where the tradition of hand shaped, made from scratch breads, pastries and freshly prepared food is still alive. Silkes is the BEST. LOVE the food and specialty lattes. Especially the Black Forest Cherry. Yum yum!The staff is wonderful. Love supporting our local one of a kind businesses. And Silkes IS one of a kind.

I went their to get vegan dessert and tried a raspberry tart pie. When I tell you you would not be able to tell the difference between vegan or non vegan. It was delicious and I plan on going there more often.

I don't have any pictures of what I ate but the pizza was amazing. That is an undeniable doubt. The bread is great too. Besides Sundays, you can come here and order food to eat in their restaurant side of the establishment. I highly recommend coming to this place, you will not be disappointed.
